TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 25 DAYS OF PRIZES COMPETITION:
All participants, by entering the competition, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Bay Street Holdings Ltd (“The Promoter”) shall conduct this competition (“the Competition”).
The Competition is open to all adult persons, aged over 18, residing in Malta who have a valid identity document or residence card, except any employee of an outlet situated within Bay Street Shopping Complex and their relatives (spouses, life partners or family members in the direct or collateral line up to the first degree), as well as any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter or of any company which operates an outlet situated within the Bay Street Shopping Complex, the marketing service providers of the Promoter or any person who, directly or indirectly, controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or family members in the direct or collateral line up to the first degree.
The details appearing on the identification document provided, as well as date of birth, will be used to determine age.
The Competition will run from 29th October until 23rd November 2025 (the ‘Term’). Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
To take part in the Competition, participants shall be required to:
- Spend €25 or more in a single transaction (one receipt) at any Bay Street Shopping Complex outlet during the Term. Each valid receipt may only be used for one entry and cannot be submitted more than once.
- Keep the receipt safe – no valid entry without it
- Fill in the online form using the QR code.
- Upload a photo of the receipt to complete the entry.
- Submit – wait for your confirmation e-mail.
- Prize draws will take place every Friday at 10:00am – 31st October, 7th November, 14th November, 21st November, and a live draw on Sunday 23rd November at 3:30pm.
If a winner has given incorrect contact details, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in terms of these rules.
Participants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry meets the criteria specified in clause 5 above.
The pool of entrants will remain the same throughout the Term. All valid entries will be included in each weekly draw unless they have already won.
EXCLUDED FROM THE PROMOTION
The purchase of Bay Street Gift Vouchers is excluded from this promotion.
PRIZE DRAWS AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
Prize draws will take place every Friday at 10:00am – 31st October, 7th November, 14th November, 21st November, and a live draw Sunday 23rd November at 3:30pm.
Should the draw dates need to be changed for any reason, this will be communicated via the Promoter’s social media pages.
Winners will be selected at random using an online name generator such as https://wheelofnames.com/, and winners for the Friday draws will be contacted via the phone number provided.
Winners for the draw on Sunday, 23rd November, will be announced right after the draw at 3:30 pm. As part of Bay Street’s 25th Birthday celebrations, one winner will be randomly selected using an online name generator such as https://wheelofnames.com/ on Sunday, 23rd November at 3:30 pm. The winner will need to be present at Bay Street on the day and time of the draw. The participant’s number will be called out a maximum of three (3) times, and if the participant does not come forward after the third time, a second person will be randomly selected.
3 reserve draws will be selected on each draw date, and they will be used in the case where the originally chosen winner does not respond within 3 days.
VOUCHER PRIZES
The list of prizes and the schedule of draws can be found at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes must be collected within two weeks of the draw date, on a date and time agreed upon between the Promoter and the winner.
This prize cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred over and above the above prize.
CAR PRIZE
Customers stand the chance of winning 1 (one) Citroen C3 PLUS manual petrol from Michael Attard Ltd. The Promoter shall solely determine the specifications and colour of the vehicle to be won, and the Promoter’s decision shall be final.
The cost and arrangement of licensing, registration and insurance of the car is excluded, and the cost and arrangement of licensing, registration and insurance are to be borne by the winner. Winners must contact Michael Attard Ltd. to arrange for the legal transfer of any prize and must arrange for third-party insurance against damage or loss from the moment possession is taken of the said prize. The Promoter shall not be a party to any dispute which may arise relative to the vehicle, and the Promoter’s sole obligation is to ensure that the vehicle shall be duly provided by Michael Attard Ltd to the winner. At this point the Promoter’s involvement shall end for all effects and purposes at law.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any manufacturing faults, recalls, damage or loss of or to the vehicle once handed over to a winner.
GENERAL:
The winner may be announced on social media, and by participating in this competition, each participant shall automatically give his/her consent that, if he/she is selected as a winner, his/her name and image is used in advertising and/or media, free of charge.
A copy of these rules can be found on the website www.baystreet.com.mt throughout the Term.
Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by a participant resulting from the participation in this promotion or the use of any prize.
The decision is final and unappealable.
Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of the Competition rules, and participants agree to abide by the rules.
All vouchers awarded as prizes in this Competition are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective issuing outlet. Participants acknowledge and accept that it is their sole responsibility to familiarise themselves with and comply with such terms and conditions upon redemption. Bay Street Holdings Ltd accepts no liability for any limitations, restrictions, or conditions imposed by the respective outlet in relation to the use of such vouchers.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash or for any other consideration.
In the event of a dispute with regard to any aspect of the Competition and/or these terms and conditions, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any technical failures affecting participation in the competition and assumes no liability whatsoever for any entry that has been omitted from participation for any reason whatsoever.
The Promoter may refuse to award the prize if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices.
By entering this Competition, each participant agrees to receive competition information by means of electronic mail from the Promoter, its agents, or associated companies.
