Bay Street Car Park Ltd. – Parking Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1. By parking your vehicle in our designated parking areas, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Bay Street Car Park Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted and take immediate effect.
1.3. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and no reservations are permitted.
2. Parking Regulations
2.1. Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only. Any improperly parked vehicles may be subject to clamping, and will be released against a fee.
2.3. The maximum speed limit within the parking area is 5 km/h.
2.4. The use of car horns, loud music, or any disruptive behaviour within the parking area is strictly prohibited.
3. Parking Offer
3.1. When shopping at Bay Street Shopping Mall, you may have your entry ticket scanned to deduct 2 hours from your total stay.
3.2. You may have your ticket scanned in multiple stores, but only the first scan counts towards a reduction to the amount due.
4. Liability & Security
4.1. Bay Street Car Park Ltd. is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked or being driven in the designated areas.
4.2. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are locked and secured at all times.
4.3. In case of an accident, it is the responsibility of the involved parties to report the incident to the relevant authorities: Provided that vehicles are to be removed without any delay whatsoever in the event that such vehicles are causing an obstruction to the exits and/or entrances and/or ramps and/or lanes within the car park. The drivers of any vehicles involved in an accident in the car park shall be obliged to immediately adhere to any instructions given to them by Bay Street Car Park Ltd personnel.
4.4. The car park is monitored by CCTV and footage will only be presented to relevant authorities if or when requested.
5. Enforcement & Penalties
5.1. Bay Street Car Park Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action against any violation of these Terms.
5.3. Any damage caused to the parking premises by a vehicle owner will be their responsibility, and they may be liable for repair costs.
